Clik here to view.St. Paul’s East Side Freedom Library will make the most of the five Mondays in February by hosting a Black History film each evening, part of a series of free, public events the non-profit library has planned for Black History Month.
Additionally, the library will host the February installment of Twin Cities Labor Movie Night, screening “Have You Heard from Johannesburg” on Friday, Feb. 19. A five-episode series that premiered on PBS in 2012, the film chronicles the struggle to end apartheid in South Africa.
All screenings begin at 7 p.m. at 1105 Greenbrier St., St. Paul.
